Adventures in Aude

The idea came to life in a small village region of France when two chefs came together with a dream of the good life. 1000 miles later in their trusty converted 1970’s Citroen HY van, here they are cooking up a storm in Alnmouth serving delicious boxes packed with crunchy slaws, tangy grains, Smokey halloumi flat bread and veggie frittata bursting with charred vegetables, nuts and seeds. Talented head chef Andy also makes his own charcoal rolls which are filled with BBQ chorizo and pickled fennel. Andy has created a unique menu using his vast experiences ranging from fine dining in London, boats in the Mediterranean, alpine chalets and his time spent traveling. They are currently enjoying the summer in the yard of the Old School Gallery where there is ample seating or grab lunch on the way to the beach.

Opening Hours – Open most days but best to check with The Old School Gallery in Alnmouth for specific opening times or visit https://www.facebook.com/adventuresinaude
