What awards have Lemmington Cottages Won?

Keeper’s Cottage, Lemmington Lodge and Teal House have been awarded the prestigious 5 star Gold rating by the National Quality Assessment Scheme for VisitEngland. In addition, Keeper’s Cottage, Lemmington Lodge and Teal House are members of Premier Cottages.

What time is check-in and check-out?

The cottages are let on a weekly basis, Keepers Cottage from Friday to Friday and Lemmington Lodge from Saturday to Saturday with all lettings commencing at 15:00 on the day of arrival and finishing at 10:00 on the day of departure. Short breaks may be available in low season.

Do I need to bring my own towels?

The cottages are fully equipped including all bed linen, bathrobes and towels.

Do you provide any baby equipment?

Travel cots, stair gates and high chairs are available on request and free of charge.

Will I pay for electricity?

All heating, electricity and a starter basket of logs and kindling are included within the weekly rates advertised.

Is the water fresh and safe to drink?

Water is supplied from a local spring.

Do you require a deposit?

A 25% deposit is taken on reservation with the outstanding balance paid at least 6 weeks before the arrival date. If a customer books within six weeks of the arrival date, the full amount is due immediately. For further details relating to booking terms and conditions, please review the full information below.

Do you offer insurance?

We recommend that holiday makers take out cancellation insurance as protection from any unforeseen problems.

Can I bring my dog?

We regret to advise that no dogs are allowed at Lemmington Lodge and Teal House however, two small and well behaved dogs are welcome at Keepers Cottage. Each pet is charged at £50.00 per week or part thereof. Please contact the owner when making your booking for our dog policy.

Is smoking permitted?

We kindly request that you refrain from smoking within the property.
